Timelines vary by scope. A kitchen refresh typically runs 8–14 weeks; a whole-home renovation four to nine months. We build a realistic schedule during Planning.
Do I need permits?+
Most structural, electrical, plumbing and mechanical work in South Florida requires permits. We handle all filings and inspections in-house.
Can you help with design?+
Yes. We partner with trusted architects and interior designers, or work directly with yours.
Can you work with my architect?+
